• Schedule only if you intend to produce your own budget

• Budget only if you have already produced a suitable schedule

We are a group of industry professionals who have joined forces to offer a service to producers and production companies who need someone to create their initial budgets and schedules. It is important to have this process completed by people who actually work in the industry and are up to speed with current rates, technologies and techniques however this means that one person would often not available to take on your project as he or she will often be shooting something. By working together we would hope that at least one of us will be between jobs and able to take on short budgeting / scheduling projects.

We have experience in Feature films, indigenous TV (BBC, ITV etc) and high end drama (North American studio projects) ranging from $4 - $60 million and multiple currencies. We have all worked abroad. Our experience ranges from Europe to Africa many places in between. We all use and are expert in the latest versions of Movie Magic Budgeting or Scheduling.

Our charges will depend on your project. If we can take on your project and after we have agreed a fee payment is required in advance before commencement of work. Unfortunately this is because of a few less honourable clients whom have failed to pay. We take PayPal, credit cards or you can make a transfer direct into the bank account of the person you are working with. We will of course provide you with an invoice.
